Somatic therapy can come in a lot of different forms. My work is a combination of nervous system regulation and fascial maneuvering. Although they are an unlikely pair, my practice allows a deeper language to develop with the soma. Manipulating fascia can bring up stored trauma to surface while breath, vagus nerve massage, and movement can help us come home. Practicing both together can give us an adaptable nervous system and the tools to use when we feel dysregulated.
It’s impossible to name all the beings that have led me here but here’s a few that have directly or indirectly informed this practice. I’m learning from you and all of life teachers every day.
